Premium Tint Work (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides professional automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting services in and around Kansas City.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Appointments and Estimates
Service quotes are provided based on the information you share and may change if additional work or materials are required.
Appointment times are subject to availability. We recommend confirming your booking in advance.
A deposit may be required to hold your appointment slot.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
All sales are final once the service has been completed.
4. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty coverage (if applicable) applies only to the original owner and installation.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or aftermarket modifications.
5. Vehicle Care and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is clean and ready for service.
We take great care with every vehicle, but Premium Tint Work is not liable for pre-existing damage, malfunctioning parts, or items left in the vehicle.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without notice may result in loss of deposit or rescheduling fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Premium Tint Work is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability will not exceed the cost of the original service provided.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
